New 95IB commander assumes post

CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela, May 21 (PIA) - Lt. Col. Carlos B. Sangdaan has replaced  Lt. Col. Lemuel Baduya as the new commander of the Philippine Army's (PA)  95th Infantry Battalion.

Sangdaan hails  from Tabuk City, Kalinga, member of Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Class of 1999 and former commander of Executive Officer of 501st Infantry Brigade based in the province of Cagayan.

Maj Gen. Laurence Mina, PA 5th Infantry Division commander led the change of command held at 95IB camp based in San Mariano, Isabela with senior officials of the 5ID and LGU officials.,

Sangdaan expressed thanks to the 5ID, PA leadership led by Maj. Gen. Laurence Mina for the trust to lead the 95IB, saying he will perform the duties and responsibilities to the best of his abilities as the new 95IB commander.

For his part,  Maj Gen. Laurence Mina advised Lt. Col. Sangdaan to maintain the integrity and discipline of the soldiers of the 95IB to maintain the trust and confidence of the residents in its area of operations. (BME/MGE/PIA 2-Isabela)
