MisOcc targets to complete the inoculation of the 1,900 BHERTs and BNS from Concepcion (100), Don Victoriano (100), Ozamiz City (400), Clarin (500), Calamba (100), Plaridel (300), Baliangao (100), Oroquieta City (300).

Of this number, around 80-100 percent of them have already received the anti-Covid vaccine as of April 14.

Health Education Promotion Officer Chayla Marie Benigo said the vaccination for BHERTs and BNS will be completed, April 16.

Benigo also revealed that there are individuals who experienced a minor adverse event following immunization (AEFI) that includes fever and elevated blood pressure.

But Benigo said these effects are minor and the public should not worry about getting vaccinated.

“Naa’y minor adverse events, mostly fever and elevated BP [blood pressure]. Na-manage ra sad before sila gipapauli,” she said.
